The exact services you get depend on the package or agreement you choose.

3. Two Ways to Work With Us

A. Monthly Subscription Plans

  • You pay a monthly fee for your website and ongoing services.
  • WebNest360 retains ownership of the website.
  • You get full use of the website while your subscription is active.
  • We handle everything: hosting, maintenance, updates, and support.
  • If you cancel the subscription, the website may be taken offline.

B. Once‑Off Projects

  • You pay a one‑time fee for the website.
  • You own the website after full payment is made.
  • You can ask for access to files, hosting, or transfer.
  • Ongoing maintenance is optional and billed separately.
👉 Best for: Clients who want full ownership and control.

4. Payments

Payments must be made as agreed in your package or invoice. Monthly plans are billed in advance. Late payments may result in a temporary pause of services. We’ll always reach out before taking any action.

5. What’s Included

Your package covers specific services. If you want extra features or changes outside the original agreement, we’ll give you a quote first and get your approval before starting any additional work.

6. What We Need From You

To keep things running smoothly, please:

  • Provide content (text, images, logos) on time.
  • Make sure your content doesn’t break any copyright laws.
  • Give clear, timely feedback.

If content is delayed, your project timeline may be affected.

7. Revisions & Updates

  • We include reasonable revisions during the design phase.
  • Monthly clients can request updates as part of their plan (within fair use).
  • Larger changes or a full redesign may be quoted separately.

8. Domains & Hosting

  • We can help with domain registration and hosting.
  • Domains are usually registered in your name.
  • We manage hosting unless we agree otherwise.
  • We’re not responsible for outages from third‑party providers, but we’ll always help as much as we can.

9. Maintenance & Support

  • Monthly plans include ongoing maintenance and support.
  • Most updates are completed within 48 working hours.
  • We’ll do our best to prioritise urgent requests when possible.

10. Cancellation

  • Monthly plans require 30 days’ notice for cancellation.
  • Services continue during the notice period.
  • After cancellation:
    • Subscription websites may be taken offline
    • Ongoing services will stop

11. Who Owns What

  • Subscription plan: The website remains the property of WebNest360.
  • Once‑off plan: You own the website after full payment.
  • Any content you provide always belongs to you.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not use your website for:

  • Fraud or illegal activities
  • Scamming or misleading people
  • Spam or abusive content

If this happens, we may suspend your services.

13. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. We’ll never share your business information without your permission, unless required by law.

14. Third‑Party Tools

We use trusted third‑party tools and platforms. We choose reliable providers, but we’re not responsible for their downtime or limitations.

15. Our Responsibility

We always strive to deliver high‑quality work. However:

  • We don’t guarantee specific business results (like number of leads or rankings).
  • We’re not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll let you know when necessary.
